Bio
Dynamic and collaborative with a unique ability to solve problems, I have several years of experience as a Strategist, Project Manager, and Chief of Staff in non-profit and small start-ups where I've helped successfully scale business and in global corporations where I was the gatekeeper and right hand to industry leaders.
As an analytical and conceptual thinker, I partner with senior managers to assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions, and drive successful implementations. I'm an expert planner, supervisor, and project manager. I provide guidance in key areas such as operations, communications, employee relations, and development.
I have worked directly for some of the most successful founders / CEOs on Wall Street overseeing the executive office and leadership teams. I've assessed systems, processes, and structure to determine how to increase efficiency; aligned outcomes with the organization’s strategic plan and implemented SOPs; and developed reporting dashboards for OKRs, KPIs and analytics required to better understand performance. I've also overseen a global re-branding campaign and a media outreach campaign to boost a CEO’s image.
I have been at the C-level myself as the co-founder of a startup responsible for fundraising and development, client acquisition, creating and delivering pitch presentations, and producing budgets, revenue projections, and marketing plans.
I hold a BA in Social Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania and completed the Strategic Business Planning program at the Wharton School and am Project Management certified.
